Log in to your account on the Access Consciousness website

To the right of your name (at the top of the page) click on the downward arrow.
Select Video on Demand - (under the Media section) to open the Video on Demand Dashboard
Choose the class you want to watch, click on the play button. A new window will pop up with volume, screen size and other settings along the bottom.
